A. Four 16×300×300mm foundation
plates should be self provided and buried in advance, each welded on
its back with four pieces of screw-threaded steel (16mm in diameter,
150mm in length). The surface of the plate is 5mm above ground. The
foundation plates and the concrete should be firmly joined and kept
level. The surface of the plate is at equal height.
B. No pit for platform scale. It is poured with C30 concrete. The
four rims and corners must be square and straight, and the corners
of the pit rim can be protected by section steel. If the geology is
not ideal, concrete iron can be used to reinforce it. While using
you must keep the pit from ponding.
C. The 25mm diameter pipe for signal cable is buried at one end
according to the draft and the other end is led to the indicator
room, the pipe mouth being 50mm higher than the ground. |
